Who we are
A Home for Death and Dying is a community organisation. We share guides and information about death, dying, and caring for the dead, and we point people towards others who may be able to help. Nothing on this site is sold, and nothing is charged for.


We are not doctors, lawyers, or professionals
We are not medical professionals, lawyers, funeral directors, or registered advisers of any kind, and nothing on this site is medical, legal, or professional advice. Our guides and information are offered in good faith, from experience and careful research, but they are general in nature. Your circumstances are your own, and decisions about medical care, legal matters, or the care of someone who has died remain your responsibility. Where something matters — legally, medically, or otherwise — please check it with a qualified professional or the relevant authority before acting on it.
 

Signposting to others
Across this site we mention and link to other people, organisations, and services. These are simply ones we think well of; they are our opinions, offered to help you find your way, and nothing more formal than that. We are not connected to them, we receive nothing for mentioning them, and we cannot vouch for or take responsibility for the help they give, the accuracy of their websites, or how they handle your information.
